Fair prices and propane is delivered in a reasonable amount of time after ordering. I recently had an issue with driver driving onto my lawn causing a muddy mess. Ferrellgas called to apologize and made things right with me. I greatly respect they didn't ignore my complaint and resolved the matter above my expectations!
During our very cold and snowy winter, Ferrellgas attempted to deliver but did not pull up our driveway. A customer service agent called and told us we must "plow" our driveway. We had no issues getting in and out. They apparently attempted to deliver again and informed us we needed to shovel a path to the tank. We were home, with the garage open, cars in the drive, lights on and no one came to the door regarding a path. We have been with Ferrellgas for 2 years now and have enjoyed the convenience of doing business online. They make it very easy for you to order propane or make a payment.
Propane prices are fair and I while it may take a few days to get it delivered, I watch my tank and make sure to order in plenty of time. My issue is the driver drove into my lawn during delivery. I would't care if it was frozen or dry but because it was wet, he made a big muddy mess which resulted in me having to get fill dirt to fill in the tracks he left. This is not the first time I have had this issue.
Service at the center is always friendly and top-notch! Service at our tank is typically on time. It's been years since there were any issues. However, we have a second tank to our business building. I checked it today, and it's at 20%. I haven't seen any sign of them checking it this winter. We house dogs for our business, and it should be kept fuller than it is. I don't want to risk loosing propane. I'd give a five if this were to never be an issue.
