They have been awesome in Ionia out in the winding dirt roads that are seldomly plowed. I don’t care what News8 says or about someone that orders 125 gallons of gas in January expecting next day service. This is Michigan folks, not Door Dash. Get with the program!
They were great at getting out here to set a new tank when we switched to us but they take forever to get out to us for our fills. If you are at 15% you will run out before they even get to you and then charge a fee for checking for leaks. This happen to us and the worse part is they never even came in and checked for leaks. Just filled the tank, handed us the bill and left.
I moved into a house with a Ferrellgas tank. I bought a year's worth of propane in advance for 8 years and every year they offered me an outrageously high "lock in" price. I had to call every year and ask a phone rep to match other area suppliers' existing-customer prices, they then had to get permission from a manager, and it went on and on. First it took two weeks to get a delivery, and then they delivered to the wrong house. They finally got another truck up here and we had to chase them away from the other neighbors tank. Yes, I have large house numbers on the front of my house. After all this, they decide to turn around in my front yard...*UPDATE* 1-9-25...So I've contacted you by email, by phone, and on Facebook and no one has followed up with this situation. We're you serious about following up? 🤷♂️
Poor customer service. Put ruts in my yard I. The winter and still haven’t fixed it, 6 months and counting. Contacted customer service and the manager cell with no fix.
