If they had a zero, I would give that!!! I have been trying to get this company to pick up their propane tank since March 2023.. Second time in two years I’ve run out of propane because the gauge on the tank doesn’t work. I’ve had someone come out three times now to try and fix it. It always reads 80% full, The last guy actually took the gauge and turned it upside down so at least it read 10% when he left. Problem his tank was empty zero pressure on it. If I could give a zero I would. I place my order for propane when I was supposed to waited more than the 5-7 business days for delivery. I run out of propane because of your mistake and call after hours for now an emergency delivery because I have no hot water, no heat, no stove nothing and am told you guys aren't expediting orders...... how can a company expect a family to be without heat for the weekend and not deliver on an emergency basis to someone that ordered in a timely fashion. Worst company ever and I will be reporting them to the Michigan atterney generals office for taking my payment in advance and not having my service provided. It's been 2 full weeks of waiting after payment was taken. I wish i could give zero stars
Not happy with the customer service. I called and let them know when my new furnace was getting put in and asked if we could set up the install close to when we got the furnace. The lady on the phone said yes. We set up the appointment and a guy came out only to find out it was just a site check. 3 days passes after the site check and they call and tell us when they can install... 3 weeks later from that day???
