TBH Propane is expensive, and it's not Ferrell's fault. They always came through when needed and they were professional.
I am a Ferrellgas customer in Eaton County and lease my propane tank directly from Ferrellgas. I paid in full for a propane delivery, and the payment was processed immediately. Despite this, my household went 8 days without propane while the leased tank remained completely empty. This delay occurred during the coldest period of the winter, with temperatures reaching approximately -20°F. Ferrellgas was aware that propane is the sole heat source for my home. I have currently changed from FerrellGas to another carrier due to nickel and dimeing. FerrellGas owes me a refund check of $400. They are now telling me that it can take up to 5 weeks due to postal issues. They didn't have a problem cashing my MAILED checks within 10 days. It has currently been 3 weeks and there is no corporate # to call for follow up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
If they had a zero, I would give that!!! I have been trying to get this company to pick up their propane tank since March 2023.. Second time in two years I’ve run out of propane because the gauge on the tank doesn’t work. I’ve had someone come out three times now to try and fix it. It always reads 80% full, The last guy actually took the gauge and turned it upside down so at least it read 10% when he left. Problem his tank was empty zero pressure on it.
