I have currently changed from FerrellGas to another carrier due to nickel and dimeing. FerrellGas owes me a refund check of $400. They are now telling me that it can take up to 5 weeks due to postal issues. They didn't have a problem cashing my MAILED checks within 10 days. It has currently been 3 weeks and there is no corporate # to call for follow up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
If they had a zero, I would give that!!! I have been trying to get this company to pick up their propane tank since March 2023.. I call once a month and I get a new story every time and I just called last week and they was supposed to be here today and I still have this tank 🙄 I guess my next option is to call the police station and make a complaint because they are leaving their propane tank on private property which is illegal and is considered littering 🙄🙄🤔🤔🤯🤯🤯 I’m just over this and I want this nightmare to be ov... read more
Second time in two years I’ve run out of propane because the gauge on the tank doesn’t work. I’ve had someone come out three times now to try and fix it. It always reads 80% full, The last guy actually took the gauge and turned it upside down so at least it read 10% when he left. Problem his tank was empty zero pressure on it. If I could give a zero I would. I place my order for propane when I was supposed to waited more than the 5-7 business days for delivery. I run out of propane because of your mistake and call after hours for now an emergency delivery because I have no hot water, no heat, no stove nothing and am told you guys aren't expediting orders...... how can a company expect a family to be without heat for the weekend and not deliver on an emergency basis to someone that ordered in a timely fashion. Worst company ever and I will be reporting them to the Michigan atterney generals office for taking my payment in advance and not having my service provided. It's been 2 full weeks of waiting after payment was taken. I wish i could give zero stars
