I am not a current customer i currently use suburban propane and did not like their pricing this year, attempted to call ferrellgas and after waiting on hold for 15+ minutes just to reach customer service for pricing i decided this is probably not the best company if i cant even reach them. Not sure of anything else but poor customer service.
This place is a joke missed delivery and can't tell us when it will be here blocked my number gives my girlfriend the run around won't own upto the mistakes they make
Had terrible customer service since Ferrel switch to an 888 phone number and big corporate approach. Most recently, we didn’t realize how low our tank had gotten and ran out of propane in a Michigan winter. Called and was told there was no expedited service options even for an emergency increased fee which we would have happily paid. The soonest they could guarantee delivery was 10 days. Deplorable customer service!!! We have been an outstanding customer for years! Ordered gas like we normally do weeks ago! No delivery yet. Call every day and can’t be told when a delivery will be made. We will run out in the next 24 hours. Ferrell has chosen to leave an outstanding customer, with 2 young children, without propane on the coldest days of the year!!!!! We will no longer be a customer after this! Do not order propane from this company!
Horrible Service. We called for a delivery on 1/31/21 and have not received our delivery yet. We will be running out of gas when it is 11 degrees outside. They said that if that happens they will waive the fee for being empty but that doesn't keep us warm. We are having to find alternative sources to heat our house, cannot cook on our stove and cannot do laundry. My husband calls every day and has been told that we are not on the delivery schedule yet. We will be going somewhere else after this delivery (if it ever happens).... read more
