My delivery driver was great. I mentioned that I had smelled a bit of gas when I was checking the level. He took out his tools and tightened up the gage gasket, and leak tested it. No more gas smell! Thank you.
Wen have lived in this house for 22 + years. We have had gas regularly delivered, and we stay warm in the winter ! What else do we need ?
The service has been great, even 2 miles off the main road. The manager has always been helpful and is involved in the community. The only suggestion would be that the central phone not be located in another state. The customer service representative's have no idea of the environment we live in.

We accidentally ran out of gas in 21f weather with no heat so I called Ferrellgas and a couple hours later had heat in the house again, great company to deal with.
