My 500 gallon tank was at 20% and I had scheduled 200 gallons to be delivered which would bring me up to 60% After the delivery, my tank was only at 50%. When I called to complain, they said they'd talk to the delivery driver and call me back. It's been more than 24 hours and still no return call.
Service is prompt. Pricing seems fair. My suggestion is that the company should allow customers to make phone calls to their local office. The two times I've tried calling I've connected to offices FAR away and in different directions. I stop at the office instead. VERY WASTEFUL FOR FERRELLGAS AND ME -- THE PAYING CUSTOMER!

Everyone that has provided us service has been outstanding!
My delivery driver was great. I mentioned that I had smelled a bit of gas when I was checking the level. He took out his tools and tightened up the gage gasket, and leak tested it. No more gas smell! Thank you.
