When I ordered propane (this time), they were very prompt and delivered it 2 days early
We reached out to this company to remove an old tank that came with the property when we bought the house. The company NEVER got back to us and months later showed up when no one was home and removed the tank. In the process of removing the tank they hit our newly renovated barn. A week later and no follow up. The man who hit our barn gave my MIL an attitude when she saw him walking around the barn. He stated it was a tight fit. Worst propane delivery company in West Michigan. All they do is lie. I will never use them again.
I switched to a different local propane provider because they were 50% cheaper than this company. On November 28 I requested their disconnected and empty propane tank be picked up from my yard. The propane tank is still in my yard on January 16. For weeks I pleaded with them to get it out of my yard. Different representatives assured me they were “escalating my situation” and bringing it up to management until finally I got ahold of an HONEST representative. New customer an got the gas but never trun on the pilot so I call an they say that's another 50 dollars an u have to Schedule them to calm light your gas. After the fact they just put your gas and then leave and then say you have to pay another $50 just for them to come back and light it. So I got ahold of the cooling company. And they came out here and did it for free. So no not happy with this place
