I finally cancelled Ferrelgas because I was tired of finding neighbors paying less for their propane. When I would call them, they would negotiate a lower price. My new propane supplier told me they will always give me the lowest market price.

Started with them because they were the tank that was at the house when we bought it. Friendly people and the service guy who came out when we had a problem was great. Stopped using them due to being WAY overpriced!
Ferrellgas not only gets the gas to us at a reasonable price.. but the customer service has been excellent!
They told us they would be out on Thursday when we called the week prior. Then when my husband and I were at work they showed up on Monday and charged us extra and put warning signs on the pig and shut it off because we weren't home wouldn't come out to turn it back without charging extra on top of the ridiculous bill we got. Didn't need to turn it off as we have automatic light on our furnace.
