The service has been good when calling to place an order, most of the time it's earlier then dated on arrival. The only thing is there tanks do not hold up on there paint, paint is peeling, tank looks old but it's not.

Have had Ferrell Gas for over 20 years always had good service. My only concern is they don’t do a good job up keeping the tanks cleaned & painted to look better. We pay a fee for using there tanks & it’s there responsibility to clean the tanks.
Updated and Lowered Rating. I moved to a new location with Ferrellgas again. Billing problems and lack of communication. Tried to call them several times with a promise of a call back and I received nothing. A lot of problems with billing. Had a gas leak that was not my fault. Technician claimed it was. Second person determined it wasn’t.
