They are quick to deliver propane and a good company to use, I use the saver program and pay a set monthly amount so not shocked with a bill over $500 on a tank fill. Good company friendly workers always have arrived within delivery times given usually 3 days after placing an order.
We were happy with Ferrellgas until last fill up. Talked to the rep about getting a fill up that would suit our needs and price range, very helpful and satisfied. Our fill came to about one hundred dollars more than ordered. Called to let company know, had to pay the extra, thought the company should have paid the difference. Not happy, on a fixed retired income.

Always fast delivery and very respectful delivery drivers. We've never had any problems and they've been delivering to us for 17years.
The customer service great, however the fees that Ferrel gas charges for the lock in price and yearly rental for the tank is ridiculous.
