We have been using Ferrell Gas for almost 10 years. When the tank needed painting they had it done in a week. Every time we fill, the service is done within days. Just phenomenal people and service. We are super happy.
With Ferrelgas their automatic fill program keeps my propane full at all times without having to call to place a order when my tank is low. At 20-30% my propane tank is automatically filled and billing is automatic. They make having propane as my primary gas as easy as having a natural gas service.
I call for propane and within a couple of days it here. Great service.

Buyer beware!! I placed and order to fill my tank last Saturday, September 26th. Marge, took my debit card number, and swiped it 4 times. That locked my card up. I was charged 809.00 twice! She said the card was declined. So I gave a credit card for the same amount which went through . On Monday I called Ferrell gas to say I was over charged.
