Apparently Ferrell Gas now will not deliver if there is any snow on your driveway. Basically, I was told the drivers need to see the dirt of your driveway before their trucks can get through. My order was canceled the day before the delivery was due and no one bothered to notify me of that. I get a different reason everytime I speak with someone. Ferrell gas customer service is a joke... everyone who works there is just passing the buck. No sense of urgency been with my propane tank turned off for 3 days now I have called 3 times and each time they say someone will contact you to set up a time.... have they.... NO.....They tell you they want to keep your buiness but wise guy told me once dont tell me SHOW me!!!
Best Propane, now known as Ferrell Gas, still servicing Battle Creek and surrounding residents. Keeps us filled and sends postcards to remind to check level in tank. Driver provides great service!
