I love ferrellgas the drivers are great.They always polite went they come the fill the tank and the company care about you if I have any questions this is one company I staying with
Happy Ferrellgas finished a delivery up our steep driveway before this snow and ice storm...
They have also screwed us over. Told us they'd be out sometime from December 30th to January 5th. We filled in late October and are frugal with the temperature because of the cost. We ran out the day after we called for a fill with 28% remaining. Reading all the other complaints about their leaking tanks leads us to wonder if we also have one of their poorly maintained tanks as well. Apparently they will accept a kickback of 300$ to come out sooner which seems predatory as they already claimed they'd be out already sometime ... read more
Ferrellgas has been dependable and easy to work with. Deliveries are on time, customer service is helpful, and everything runs smoothly. I’d recommend them to anyone needing propane service.
The delivery was fine. What I don't like is the extra $25 in HAZMAT and fuel handling charges. I also don't like that they estimate the amount that you need and deliver that amount. I was 10% shy of a full tank. My regular supplier does not charge extra fees and they fill the tank and bill afterwards.
