The delivery was fine. What I don't like is the extra $25 in HAZMAT and fuel handling charges. I also don't like that they estimate the amount that you need and deliver that amount. I was 10% shy of a full tank. My regular supplier does not charge extra fees and they fill the tank and bill afterwards.
Excellent quality service
Been using Ferrellgas since we bought our cottage over 25 years ago. Dependable and fairly priced. So much so we passed on natural gas line placement last summer. Always keep tank full despite the weather. Thank you all.
Not happy with some of the added charges you place on invoices, especially with the high cost of the propane
