I'm relatively new to using propane, just the past couple years, using a Ferrell tank that was already on my property. I have considered buying my own tank so I can more easily shop pricing, but since I've not experienced any issues with the online refill process, the delivery has always occurred within a week of my order being placed, and IF there's a problem I won't have to deal with it myself, I'm glad to stay with Ferrell.
You're the best first hand service all the Time
As 'snowbirds', we just love the fact that we don't have to worry the fuel levels in the tank . With your keep full program we are never in danger of running out of gas. I just feel sorry for the delivery guy who has to wade through deep snow to get to the tank. But he does it! Keep up the good work.
Id probably give zero if I could. Went to my camp, tank is gone. Never called me, even though they had my wife's phone number, not mine on file. Said they sent notices, to my old address. You'd think they'd get the mail back. Now I get it, they took it for non use. Only have a cook stove, and barely used much on a 500 gal tank. What I don't think is good is, the tank still had 30-35% in it. Talked on the phone, they told me I probably won't get any money back for gas that I paid for.
