I have been a customer of the Negaunee MI Ferrellgas office since Nov of 1996. There are many reasons why I am still a customer, but two of the best are Lori who handles the office and who as always taken the time to take care of my account. Also. the drivers, who over the years have delivered to my difficult to delivery to location. They all have been friendly and easy to work with.
Never have to worry about propane because your auto fill program is extremely efficient. Whenever I have had an equipment issue it was repaired right away. Every person I’ve dealt with is very helpful and friendly.

I'm relatively new to using propane, just the past couple years, using a Ferrell tank that was already on my property. I have considered buying my own tank so I can more easily shop pricing, but since I've not experienced any issues with the online refill process, the delivery has always occurred within a week of my order being placed, and IF there's a problem I won't have to deal with it myself, I'm glad to stay with Ferrell.
