Been with them for almost 40 years and not one problem
The deliveries are made by the promised day but sometimes not until the last day. It was nicer to be able to contact the local office by phone than now when calls go to a central location and business is done with 'bots, not humans.
Great service, I just switched to Ferrellgas and everything was made very easy. The service people were pleasant and were here when they said they'd be here.
I have been a customer of the Negaunee MI Ferrellgas office since Nov of 1996. There are many reasons why I am still a customer, but two of the best are Lori who handles the office and who as always taken the time to take care of my account. Also. the drivers, who over the years have delivered to my difficult to delivery to location. They all have been friendly and easy to work with.
