This Winter was our first using a propane fireplace. I had to call Ferrellgas to service their equipment and also to purchase gas twice. On each occasion the people were professional and courteous. They are easy to contact via phone or online. Gas man Rick and service tech Butch are very friendly and listen to their customers. Very happy with Ferrellgas. Billy Ray
We had a Delivery Driver from the Virginia Beach, VA office bring a flat bed Ford F-550 with a crane and liftgate come to move two loaded 100 gallon tanks. He was polite and very experienced. He was as efficient as he could be and well prepared. He even knew to spray for wasps which we didn't know we had nesting! With 30 years of experience at Ferrellgas he is a credit to the company!
