Company is frustrating to work with, they refuse to call ahead to say they are coming, they overcharge well over market rate to tank lease holders, and they raise the tank lease rate every year without warning. In short, they folks will take you for everything they can. If you like taking it in the shorts, this is the company that will do it.
The gage on my tank does not work so I'm always within the fee charge takes 12 to 14 days to receive once you order
Up until now I have been satisfied with ferrellgas. I tried to order on the 9th knowing the cold snap was coming and I was at 50%. Was told t by ere would be a $75 fee if r h ey did not deliver min 100 gal. Not knowing how much it would take to fill I opted to wait until I was at 40%. I ordered on the 12th and was told it would be here today the 24th. 12 days was already a long time to wait but understand it is a busy time and has been unusually cold. I know the feeling I called them January 8 I was on 30% on January 14 still no propane called them again said they would deliver on the 15th I had 20%. The lady said they were behind due to the weather. I would have my propane by Sunday, January 19. As of today, January 22nd, Still no propane On 0%. Just got an automated call Saying it would be at Least another three days Oh my propane delivery.
