URGENT!!! NEGATIVE 100 STARS! MY SON AND HIS FAMILY WITH A SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD IN UPSTATE NY HAS BEEN LEFT WITH NO HEAT FOR ALMOST 3 DAYS! THEY REQUESTED A REFILL AT 40% AND THEY HAVE BEEN RESCHEDULED 3 TIMES AND NOW HAVE FROZEN PIPES AND ARE FREEZING AND GETTING SICK. FERRELL GAS IS TERRIBLE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!
A man named John, I believe, came to fill up our tank. He arrived within an a timely manner, while approaching with a neighborly manner.
We call in plenty of time to get fill up but we always run out. We live on a private drive if snow covered they want come. I ask for auto fill up every 6 weeks. So far they haven’t acknowledged although it was late spring when I made the request. We do try to get deliveries when roads aren’t bad.
So easy to order online. They are fast with delivery. Every time they have been so nice and professional.
