The posted hours on their sign say Friday 8–2, but in reality, they closed at 12. I showed up expecting them to be open, along with another customer in an RV, and we both sat waiting because the receptionist inside never bothered to let us know they were actually closed. It wasn’t until I flagged down a worker leaving that I finally got told the truth—only after repeating several times that their sign said 8–2. They lie about their hours. Came in well before the posted closing time, they had closed 4 hours earlier. Liars.
Driver came out right on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Call center was very friendly and helpful.
This place is my go-to for propane needs. Full service for fills, inspections and replacement parts. They do it all with a level of service that is unmatched. Thanks to the crew at Ferrell Gas Spokane!!!
