I must admit that I was already predisposed to like them though because the customer service was also top notch when I set up the delivery. 10/10 will use again and I recommend them to anyone who needs propane delivered. I am always pleased with the service I receive from Ferrellgas. I get timely deliveries when I need to request refills and the delivery drivers are always careful about locking the gate back up when they leave (as I have a dog). They are quick and efficient. Also I had an extra $75 charge on my last bill, and when I called to question it the receptionist was understanding and deleted it from the bill as it had been made in error. I recommend Ferrellgas to folks I know.
