Ordered 200 gallons to keep my bill manageable but they delivered 340. Tough to stay on budget when you get a huge bill for something you didn't order. UPDATE Ferrell gas adjusted my bill so I am adjusting my rating. I emailed their Wecare and they promptly adjusted my bill, GREAT customer service, thank you!

$150 "emergency charge" because I can't leave my property open and unlocked to everyone who wants for one week before someone shows up. I realize there is not a thing I can do about it. Money overpowers heart.
