Ordered 200 gallons to keep my bill manageable but they delivered 340. Tough to stay on budget when you get a huge bill for something you didn't order. UPDATE Ferrell gas adjusted my bill so I am adjusting my rating. I emailed their Wecare and they promptly adjusted my bill, GREAT customer service, thank you!

$150 "emergency charge" because I can't leave my property open and unlocked to everyone who wants for one week before someone shows up. I realize there is not a thing I can do about it. Money overpowers heart.
This review is for customer service agent Samantha who I just spoke with. This lady is on top of her game. Excellent customer service all the way around. The AI voice recognition, the thing that most of us can't stand, isn't too bad either. When it asked me a question I could not answer I told it to get me a human, and it did so right away without making me go 50 rounds repeatedly telling me it didn't understand the question.
I am a 15 year client. They have never let me down! Ron
