generally buttheads They're expensive and they get you in so many ways that you have no control over. We used their cylinders for many years and one year the backup cylinder was found to be empty. They said they'd check it for leaks... haha, they "didn't find a leak"! So we were assumed to have used double the yearly amount we normally did... no recourse, no refund. Like I was using Suburban Propane and the cost was nearly 3 times as much as Ferrell. I was happy with the expediency of their service. They request a call when your tank is around 30% to ensure that they can schedule you before you get too low.
