Went there to get recertification of propane tanks. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. The guys was going to stop eating to help us which was very thoughtful. Gave us much information and helped us to understand about getting a tank at our house for emergency purposes. We left feeling we got the information needed to make an informed decision. Thank you.
No communication and they over charged us! Don’t use this company! We cancelled our delivery with Ferrel gas because they showed up out of nowhere without letting us know. We have a locked gate and need to be here to let them in to fill our tank. My wife approved them to come back and asked them to call us and let us know when they were coming. Again, no call and they showed up and somehow got through our gate and added an unknown amount to our tank. We were not present when this happened. They said they filled up our tank w... read more
