I have been happy with the response times and the drivers that service my property. i am completely satisfied with the service and recommend it to others.
Placed order during first week of the month online and said it would be filled by 3/14/25. On 3/15/25 my tank was still under 20% on 3/17/25 I check status of order online. It shows it was delivered on 3/10/25 and tank at 80% and have a balance of $221 now. I call and speak to Customer Service person and tell them there is an issue because my tank is still under 20%. He does some checking and we determine they delivered to my neighbor who shares our driveway. They say they will place a new order and correct the issue. Says h... read more

Recently, my rv 30 lbs tanks expired. Considered purchasing new tanks (good for 12 years), but also thought I might quit rv-ing within the next 5 years (recertification period). So, searched high and low and fast and wide in the Phoenix area for a business that would recertify propane tanks; Ferrellgas was all I could find. And, they were awesome, accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. The service was great.
Bad Expierence all the way around. Evertime I try and order propane servcice for my local buisness they change the requirements to get filled up. Accounting is constantly wrong, and customer service is no where in the building to be found.
