I have used ferrellgas for years and I really like the office staff and the drivers. But in one area they are very weak is picking up tanks. I am moving and I called them almost 2 weeks ahead to let them know to come pick up the tank. I got a text saying they can't pick it up until 4/11 which is another 23 days.
Aside from being extremely overpriced in comparison to other propane companies in my area, I had 2 different occasions that they didn’t close the valve when they filled my tank, leaked at least 20% of my propane out both times, took hours to get someone to come out to fix, tried to charge me around an additional $500 each time in emergency call out fees for THEIR mistake, refused to credit or refund for the 40% propane I lost those 2 trips because waiving my “emergency fees” were enough.
