Quick response to online order. A very easy process.
If you have the opportunity to get another provider I highly recommend you do so. The customer service is terrible. The communication is seriously lacking. The time of delivery after placing an order is in my experience weeks. That is you don't have a driver clear you delivery without actually filling your tank (yeah that happened). In short this may be one most dysfunctional organizations I have ever had to deal. That is coming from a former federal employee.
We have loved being a Ferrell Gas customer, however, when we were offered a cheaper price from another business, we went right away and asked Ferrell if they would match it and they absolutely said NO. A bit disappointing....
My only complaint would be that my door wasn’t tagged. I really prefer paper invoices and don’t understand why that is so difficult to do. I have an inbox and an outbox to pay many bills, and to be honest, the paper invoices seem to always get paid quicker.
I was stuck in my driveway in the snow with my kids and a Ferrellgas driver was the only person to stop and help push me out.
