Customer Service on the phone was great. That’s where it ends. The branch that serves Portage, IN is terrible. It took 3 months to get a tank at a new construction home and when it came it was the wrong size tank. They said they would swap it out when more tanks came in. They then said it would take a couple days to get the tank filled…..no problem right? It was -10 degrees outside and after calling almost daily to get updates and status of tank getting filled and being promised it would get done quickly I finally gave up an... read more
Very upset that Ferrellgas increased my tank rental by 5 times!! Now that I'm retired and trying to conserve gas, they punish me for not spending enough money. Very very upset. The nanosecond natural gas is run down my road. I will wish them farewell.
Service was good but when I placed the order, it was about 14 or 15 days before they came out to fill up my tank and the biggest problem was the driver did not leave me a delivery ticket so I did not know how many gallons he put in or anything
Absolute horrible. No local service want you to order gas on line then do t show up to deliver. Almost ran out of gas. And they didn’t care after 3 hours on the phone they saw the order but it didn’t get processed. Keystone is much easier to deal with for propane
Terrible customer service. Came up with excuse after excuse why they wouldn’t come fill a 100lb propane tank. There is no reason why a propane service can’t come fill a propane tank for a business when it’s in their area.
