As usual, in town delivery, takes over 10 days to arrive? Then the driver drives off driveway onto grass, leaving a huge rut!
Took (1) month to get service after I had paid up front, got the tank filled and they locked it. Inspection process said no one was home when I talked to him at the tank. If it wasn’t for Paul, service man, I wouldn’t use them. Thanks to Paul , I was able to use my gas after having it for a month.
Terrible delivery time. Gave them plenty of time in advance to top off my tank before the cold snap. Delayed, delayed, delayed. Now my tank is running super low. No date in site. “Waiting for a driver”. Waiting almost two weeks now. Way over priced for propane as well. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from Ferrel gas.

I live 15 mins away and now have a delayed delivery. This isn’t the first time. Todays the third business day as they said it would be up to 3 days and still nothing. Need to do a much better job in delivering on the dates they say they are. Lack dependability.
