Terrible delivery time. Gave them plenty of time in advance to top off my tank before the cold snap. Delayed, delayed, delayed. Now my tank is running super low. No date in site. “Waiting for a driver”. Waiting almost two weeks now. Way over priced for propane as well. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from Ferrel gas.

I live 15 mins away and now have a delayed delivery. This isn’t the first time. Todays the third business day as they said it would be up to 3 days and still nothing. Need to do a much better job in delivering on the dates they say they are. Lack dependability.
We use to have Amerigas and couldn’t be happier that we switched. We were so excited that we now have whole campgrounds with Ferrell and we couldn’t be happier.
I have been living in my home for 2 and a half years, and I have been without heat at least once each year, the service is way to expensive for the quality that is received.
