I was over charged for my last fill.
Nice customer service reps but never deliver on time . Blame the weather. They could have seen the forecast. I waited 3 weeks for a delivery, layered clothing and kept furnace on 67 so we would run out. Finally delivered when we were at 3%
Don’t get in a hurry for your propane , noticed my tank at 20 % after fill up less than 2 months prior, called and told them , still had to wait two weeks to get a delivery in the middle of winter they clearly can care less about there customers
Please whatever you do, DO NOT USE FERRELL GAS. Unless you like waiting two weeks for your refill. I called and paid in full for a refill on January 23. Tank was at 30%. It’s been very cold. They said they’d be out no later than February 3. They didn’t make it on time, by February 5 we ran out of gas. They didn’t make it out to my house until February 7. Then to top it off, they shut my tank off because it was empty and DID NOT PROPERLY NOTIFY ME. The tank was empty because they didn’t get to me on time!!!! They knew when I ... read more
