Use a local company, not this one. It's been 3 weeks since my tank has been at 0%. I have called six times and the delivery keeps getting pushed back. NO ONE WILL HELP ME. There is no local office and managers will not return my calls. Just received an email to share my opinion. Ferrell gas sucks. I'm switching to a competitor and I actually have the dispatcher's phone number saved in my phone. Local and responsive unlike Ferrellgas. I wouldn't recommend buying any stock in Ferrellgas (FGPR)

Told myself after winter 2023 I need to use someone else. Didn’t change so started reordering way earlier than needed. Two fills and both were postponed three weeks. I’m done with terrible service.

Had no problem until a few years ago when they started charging a yearly rental fee. We have 2 100 lb. tanks for a propane fireplace and it often took weeks after called, to refill. This year, we were informed they would no longer service the tanks and we would need to have a larger tank placed onsite with a cost of approx. $500 not including gas. Went to Menards, bought two 40 lb. tanks and we will handle our self. Sick of all the money grabs. Only putting one star because wouldn’t allow zero.

I am on a keep full basis. And over the last two years I have ran out of propane twice. It always happens on the coldest day of the year. I called when I realized I was out of gas and it took over 24 hours to get propane. I called in four times that day to get an update and talked to four different people in four different states. I never did get a firm answer when they were coming to fill my tank. I also have another location with the same set up and they also let me run out of propane.
