Honestly, the service is so good that I don't even think about it. Most of the time, I don't even know I getting it. Everything is automatic and effecient. Good job!
I've been with Ferrelgas since 1999, and overall, they do a decent job. My biggest complaint is that they don't always follow up as they say they will. They (unnecessarily) put big ruts in our grassy area next to our driveway, we called, no follow ups. Also, they don't maintain their tank very well - it needs to be leveled and cleaned up. One thing I don't care for is having to talk to someone in another state when I do call - it would be much nicer to speak with someone in our local area.

very difficult to navagate your system to update my autopay. not able to do so.
Poor customer service, you can never get anyone on the phone. When we ran out of propane they said it would be 13 days before they could fill our tank and this was in the spring. We went with another company that installed a new tank in 90 minutes. You lost a valuable customer.
