We have been with Ferrell going on 10 years. They have provided great service, always there when we needed them.
Slow on delivery, but drivers have always been absolutely awesome!!
We usually only fill the propane tank to 40%. We call for more when it is between 10 and 15%. So last week, 12/15/22 my husband called, paid for another 40% over the phone (so the propane is paid.) It is now 12/23/22, The "snowstorm" has hit and we are out of propane. My husband called 3 other times, nobody has helped us. One girl reprimanded my husband, I heard her, as the phone was on speaker, and she kept saying "you should call when it's at 40%." We paid for 200 gallons December 15 and have yet to receive any propane. We have been totally out of propane for a day and a half!
Best customer service in NEMO. First we never used gas before, so we had no clue in regards to how much we used. We got our tank filled in September. Come Christmas Eve, our heat wasn't working. Thought our heater broke, found out we were out gas. Call customer service Christmas Eve and got a hold of one of the sweetest ladies ever.
