Love my delivery person, Melanie. Always shows up when I am close to 30%. She is very nice and was helpful when I had a leak. I just wish I didn’t go through the propane so fast!
We are glad to have local service to call when we're low, but we never are. The new delivery person this season asked for help finding the tank (it's way in the back behind shrubs). Happy to know this is a Missouri company.
I switched to Ferrell Gas for my propane needs a few years back. I have found the drivers to be professional and helpful with them showing up to fill my tank on a timely basis. Customer service has been responsive to my needs.
We have been with Ferrell going on 10 years. They have provided great service, always there when we needed them.
Slow on delivery, but drivers have always been absolutely awesome!!
