I ordered a tank for my shop building. Everything was explained clearly and was carried out as explained. Very professional and thorough. Tank installer and propane delivery people were extraordinary. How refreshing to do business with people who are actually concerned about taking care of their customers' needs. A polar 180 compared to my experience with the other companies.

Well, I do like that they process your request quickly, but I do not like that they CHARGE you an annual fee of 59.00?? I have to pay cash & for them to charge me annual fee is ridiculous. I guess now I maybe going with another company.
Missouri is in the middle of a winter storm and negative temps I have auto fill set up on my account and earlier this week I checked and was down to below 40 % so I called to make sure it was on the schedule well today when the weather turn nasty they showed up at the right time and filled the tank so as the temps continue to get colder I won’t have to worry about being cold thanks to the driver risking the roads to bring propane to those who need it I’m very satisfied with this propane supplier
