I'm happy that I was told about Ferrell gas. They came out and reset my tank that was sliding off of some blocks. Also came out again to fill my tank. Both experiences were great. Nice people.
We have been with Ferrellgas for many years. They are prompt and ready to answer and explain concerns I may have about my tank fill or delivery.
Seeing how I received a email asking for a review before I even got my refill seems a little unprofessional like the charges that I received last time when I started my service with Ferrell Gas that were supposed to be taken care of and never were. Which is unprofessional especially since I already prepaid and had additional credit on my account. So maybe this review would be better since I am not due for delivery until tomorrow.
