Update 8/5/2025 Ferrellgas reached out to me in less than 24 hours was very apologetic and they resolved my issue in a very professional manner. Was very kind, very nice while talking to the person on the phone. I have been calling Ferrell Gas for a week now to schedule a delivery of residential propane to our home... they don't answer the phone, on hold for hours with no answer. Left phone number to be called back 6 times with no call back. Web site is shut down, no chat support. I even went so far as to drive to their office site, doors locked, all propane delivery trucks just sitting in lot!!! Evidently Ferrell has gone belly-up... GOOD, couldn't happen to anyone better... lousy service, hidden extra service fees, high prices... ... read more

Had to meet the driver at docking station still got charged for delivery fee, never was told the price per gallon, then after it was done filling up he told me it was 3.50$ a gallon. A week prior i was only charged 1.19$ per gallon. Dont understand how the price jumped that much. THEY ARE A RIP-OFF.
