I had a different propane company who did not service me when I needed them most. I called Ferrellgas and they had great customer service and they came through, even when the weather was awful. I would definitely recommend Ferrellgas to others. Brenda C.
Absolutely company ever !!! My brother was scheduled on a contract for fill up on Friday 12/16/2022 . Here it is 12/22/2022 and still not filled up . He is disabled and had surgery this pass Friday and has been staying with me . We went out there last night to check on things and neither of his furnaces where working . Now all of this weather is coming in and that is the only heat he has .His gauge is below 30% and they don't work when they get that low . Had a delivery scheduled for yesterday that I scheduled a week ago.. they didn't show up and I was told I would be first on the list this morning so I wouldn't have to take another day off work.. now I'm told he'll get there when he gets there.. I'll be looking for another place to get my gas
Starting to think we need to start looking for a different company to fill our tank. We always prepay for our fuel on a social security budget ,for the 4th time they have come and put in more than what I paid for.The first time it was well over the amount that I wanted put in by $150,told them I wasn’t going to pay that and they negotiated the price with me.The second time it was only about $20, the 3 rd time I told the person that I ordered it from that I was having a problem with them putting more in then what I pay for.So... read more
My gas tank is empty and customer service has informed me they will deliver sometime in the next 12 days. I have 2 kids under 2 years old and I am 6 month pregnant. It is 30 degrees fahrenheit outside and I don't have a fireplace. Amber from customer service informed me that she doesn't have a supervisor I can talk to, and that the delivery scheduling team doesn't take phone calls. This leaves me with no means of escalating. My family has been out of propane for over a week. Admittedly we were not as diligent as we should have been. This is our first country home and we filled up before a few days before Christmas so thought we'd be good for at least a month. Nope, 400 gallons of propane gone in less than a month. 30%+ higher propane price than local competitor- I’m leaving Ferrellgas!! I purchased a home that had Ferrellgas rented tanks so I had to fill with them. Fuel price high plus extra delivery charges our local Cenex does not charge! Beware!
Price gouging. Had 200 gallons delivered on celina November 3 2021. Cost $685. Charged 3.02 a gallon. I called other local companies and tbey are only charging 2.24 yo 2.29 a gallon. I called and asked how tbey could do people that way they basically just said have a good day. Been a customer for years wont use tbem again. Shop around before aski g these people to fill your tank. I wished I had.
Used to be an employee, very undecided. Bought a tank from RE Powel. Not a fan O'Brien's Realm. Treat customers with Respect! Fair price. Used to be $1.99 a gal for First time buyer's. What's up?
