Once again, Ferrellgas delivered right on time. I like how the Remote Monitor that was installed on the tank allows me to check on how full the tank is without me having to actually go out to the tank.
Over the last several years we have been charged extra 'emergency' fees, had drivers not show up for their appointment, and experienced a huge lack of good communication. Just because you're the only propane dealer in the area doesn't mean you get to treat your customers like trash. 2 stars simply because they have the propane that they advertise they have. Do better, Ferrell.

When I really needed customer service there was no way to talk to a competent person no matter how much I persisted.
