Over the last several years we have been charged extra 'emergency' fees, had drivers not show up for their appointment, and experienced a huge lack of good communication. Just because you're the only propane dealer in the area doesn't mean you get to treat your customers like trash. 2 stars simply because they have the propane that they advertise they have. Do better, Ferrell.

When I really needed customer service there was no way to talk to a competent person no matter how much I persisted.
We've been without propane for 2 weeks and they claim a driver came out and wouldn't fill because of a "beware of dog" note over a week ago. We had that taken off the account in November 2020 when those tenants left. Called today asking where the fill was and was told that I had to schedule a new fill. They held onto my money this entire time. They didn't inform me the driver wouldn't fill and expect me to wait.
