My tank leaked a little while he was putting gas in so he quit said he won't put more in until I replace the gauge it has not leaked since it was only while putting gas in still has 15 percent after several months I have 440 dollars credit charge for this, that, and the other will be over 200 dollars how am I going to afford more gas after that, not saying this is their fault I guess it is a safety thing
I have been with Ferrellgas for over 20 years and most of my experiences have been 5 stars. However, my last gas order was disappointing. The gas was promised within 7-10 business days. After three weeks, it still had not arrived. I had to contact them again to get a hard delivery date and this was after I had already payed over 500 dollars.
Sorry company to do business with my 82 yr old dad has been without gas in this cold weather and paid for some they won’t deliver except on there scheduled dates. Truck has been by his house twice and can’t stop because it’s not there regular schedule. Mor gas in Rosalie brought me some on Christmas Eve one year when I ran out. Dad has to wait two weeks from the time he ordered and paid. Just letting everyone know what kind of business Ferrell gas is in ider, will never use them again even if it cost five times as much.
Only giving them one star because I had to. Same thing happened to me that happened to another person. Called, payed for the gas and was told we’d have it on the 10th of January. They never showed up. Called again and was told we’d have it by the 15th. No show again. Called back and was told they don’t know when we’ll get it. Also was promised 3 times they would contact dispatch and call me back, but guess how many call backs I received. ZERO. Terrible company.
Ordered gas on the 6th of this month.. Got billed. Paid said bill. got told twice it would be here later. Finally on the 30th talked to a manager who promised it would be here today.. Well we are now out of gas and there was no delivery. Talked to a manager again who stated he understood we had been skipped a few times, but they were about a month behind on deliveries.. Well these folks aren't a month behind on taking the payments. Maybe .. just maybe they should downsize their customer base instead of taking money for servi... read more
