Not great… I have a small tank due to spacing requirements so I followed the guidelines to order fuel at 35% so I wouldn’t have to pay a penalty for a small load. I understand they can’t deliver a few gallons at a time but if you have that requirement then be on time with the delivery. They gave me a 5 day delivery window. No update available on line for delivery schedule so as I was running out of gas (I updated the tank amount every day… as if that did any good) I called the number for customer service. Gas ran out and called for a re fill. When the driver tested the line, he said there was a leak in the valve and their technician would have to come out. A week later, with no hot water, the tech comes out and refuses to fix the valve all because some of the yellow gas line was exposed. He told me wife “I can’t put my name on it” and leaves. Cover the section of yellow line exposed with dirt, which was behind the tank and next to the house, and wait another week. Tech comes out and this time I’m home. Does his job and tests ... read more
