Gas ran out and called for a re fill. When the driver tested the line, he said there was a leak in the valve and their technician would have to come out. A week later, with no hot water, the tech comes out and refuses to fix the valve all because some of the yellow gas line was exposed. He told me wife “I can’t put my name on it” and leaves.
