Won't deliver tanks.
We moved here from out of state and never had to deal with propane delivery before. From our first contact with Cheryl to our multiple other calls, customer service was outstanding. We had voiced concern over the smell of propane near our tank. Cheryl dispatched a service technician with in 2 hours to our residence. He found and repaired 2 leaks rendering our system safe. Had them 23 years. Always delivers. No problems.
They showed up unannounced this morning to remove our tank, even though we had paid the tank rental for the year. They said we had not filled it enough. They took a 30% filled tank and will not refund our money. They have a shortage of tanks so beware. I call this stealing!
