Paid for gas 2 weeks ago!!!! Still has not been delivered!!!! Tried to call office but get a automatic voice!!!!!!! Can't speak to an actual real life person!!!!! As soon as I am able I will have their useless tank REMOVED!!!!!!!!
This company is more concerned it's big corporations companies than the residential customers called and placed my order when I was at 40% a week and a half later still no delivery and now I'm at 15% will be switching to a smaller family owed company that cares about the little man
Won't deliver tanks.
We moved here from out of state and never had to deal with propane delivery before. From our first contact with Cheryl to our multiple other calls, customer service was outstanding. We had voiced concern over the smell of propane near our tank. Cheryl dispatched a service technician with in 2 hours to our residence. He found and repaired 2 leaks rendering our system safe.
