Don’t come here with an old tank for your RV. They will test it and if it fails they will threaten to confiscate it from you unless you pay to have it repaired. Of course, I want to do the safety minded thing but I didn’t appreciate being put on the spot to make a decision to spend a significant amount of money or forfeit my two tanks
I don’t think this place is ever open. If it is, it’s always at a time convenient to no one except the staff. Furthermore, they cannot seem to answer even the simplest of questions. I tried to give them my business but today was the last time.
I've been with Ferrellgas for a long time, we first met when I had a small r.v. and lived within walking distance of the refueling station. I bought a larger place and sadly during the cold season I was going through the gas weekly I'd have to lug the tanks over, getting older it became harder for me and that clerk told me that they can deliver, my reply was great what do I need to do. I've been a ferrell gas customer for a very long time, way back in the day when I hauled in the tanks myself, the service attendees were always very nice towards me. Then when I became badly injured and no longer was able to lug the tanks, they were there to help and upon their suggestion go with a huge 100 gallon tank which is filled 80%. They even stylized it if you will they also suggested that it be placed behind my 5th wheel thus keeping the focal point upon the rig, the tank is out of site but never forgotten, as they ... read more
We were totally out of propane because I had been in the hospital and unable to keep an eye on the level. When i stated that it was an emergency, it did'nt seem to matter. They were going to fill the tank in a few days! Finally after several calls, they agreed to come the next day. Our house is totally dependent on propane. When the truck finally came he turned off the gas and left a note saying that we weren't home. We were here!!! I hope we get bettr service in the future.
