I don't have enough superlatives to describe Aaron and his customer service...they are simply unequaled in my experience. He has repeatedly gone above and beyond my expectations, worked long hours and made repeat visits, all to ensure our system was right and we were satisfied. He and his assistant Will (who actually made the effort to help me move some heavy items over the 100 yards from our rental house to our new home. Together they are unbeatable.
In general, service was very good. We haven't used our propane fireplace for years. But, our HVAC malfunctioned, so we wanted to rely on our propane fireplace. We ran it most of the day for almost 2 months, and eventually saw the tank was running our of gas. We called Ferrallgas and got a computer (AI?) to ask what we want, etc. Communication was good, and we ordered an propane top off.
