Placing my order was fast and easy. The delivery actually showed up a day early. Driver was easy to talk and gave us some great advise. Ferrellgas is the best!!
I ordered this service and everything was good till they came to refill it. When they refilled it their guy didn’t get the bleeder valve closed all the way resulting in leaking propane. I smelled it called the number and had them come back out and fix it. They charged ME $385 to come fix their guys screw up!!! Not only should I not be charged to fix it but I should be reimbursed for the propane that leaked out as a result. Highly dissatisfied and do not recommend this company whatsoever for your propane needs.
