Ferrell is always very prompt when I need gas. However, I get gas in the valley from MacGas. Ferrell charges me $1.00/gal more than MacGas and 3X higher for tank rent
I have been paying them $50 per year for 11 years to rent a tank so that they would maintain it. They have not maintained it. I am oceanfront, and despite my best efforts, the tank has rusted. I have repeatedly called and emailed the office to ask for it to be replaced for the last two years, but that has fallen on deaf ears. I am getting complaints from the HOA about the state of my tank. We ran out of propane on a Saturday and they were closed till Monday which we understand. So we call Monday morning and even paid for expedited delivery so we can have it with in 24 hours of the call. Here we are on Tuesday at 7:15pm and still no propane. We called multiple times today asking for updates and we were told that they were coming.
