I have been paying them $50 per year for 11 years to rent a tank so that they would maintain it. They have not maintained it. I am oceanfront, and despite my best efforts, the tank has rusted. I have repeatedly called and emailed the office to ask for it to be replaced for the last two years, but that has fallen on deaf ears. I am getting complaints from the HOA about the state of my tank. We ran out of propane on a Saturday and they were closed till Monday which we understand. So we call Monday morning and even paid for expedited delivery so we can have it with in 24 hours of the call. Here we are on Tuesday at 7:15pm and still no propane. We called multiple times today asking for updates and we were told that they were coming. Have had the pleasure of working with Toby, Chris, Crystal et al. since 2021 due to having to convert over to a propane furnace. Very happy with their help and service, and would not hesitate to recommend Ferrellgas and their people out of Tillamook to family or friends.

Still appreciate the caring service since we moved here 7 years ago and the continuation of the driver's being safe is at the top of our list. Especially when the weather isn't at its best. Our driveway has a downhill approach to the tank so it takes that extra effort to remain at the top and haul that very long hose to the tank. Great Job!
