My experience was great the service man was kind, considerate and his delivery was very helpful for my heat this winter
Absolutely outrageous prices and they charge you a bunch of additional fees. I recently placed an order for a tank refill in November and no one ever showed up and now it’s late December. They charge you an additional $50 if your tank runs empty. Even though they never showed up they still are charging me the extra $50. The customer service representatives are kind and helpful but you're better off switching to Yarmouth Oil. Absolute ripoff.
Ferrellgas has worked with me on the cost per gallon the last couple of years which has helped my small family tremendously.
The guys are fantastic and very helpful. Thank you for all you do.
