The door was open,that's all I can say about that. 3rd place I've been that day they sell propane but everyone would not or could not fill it up ! Sad sad way to do business
I live less than 10 miles from my Ferrell Gas but whenever I place an order it takes 5-10 days to receive it. This is poor service!
Absolutely the best team effort I’ve seen in years! The office, the install, and delivery was top notch.
Places a new order. Paid in advance for an “N30” which waves the $150.00 place fee and was charged $125.00 for one regulator then was charged a hidden fee of $125.00 to install the one regulator which took 5 minutes to install. Next I was told he couldn’t test because he only had 1 regulator but needed an additional and that I couldn’t use the cooktop as a place of test. Was charged an additional $50.00 to come back out with the next regulator and propane to fill the 200gal tank. The fact that I wasn’t told about the hidden ... read more
