I wouldn’t recommend Ferrell gas to anybody I know. They don’t tell the truth. I ordered 120 gallon of propane because I was told on the phone that all long as you order over 100 gallon they won’t charge a delivery fee. But guess what. The delivery was 10 days past there the delivery day and they charged me a $75 dollar fee to deliver. Which doesn’t make sense because I prepaid for the propane online. How can you prepay for a service and then get charged more when the driver delivers the gas?
Awful customer service. Double the price of propane apparently. Told me im getting a special price of $2 a gallon instead of 4. Well everyone else i called is right at $2 a gallon. Ill stay far far away from this company. Edit : response Same day price comparison to 2 other local company's. I will always recommend your competitors after this experience.

Checked other places propane is $2 something they charged me $3 something you call them you get diffrent people from diffrent states called talk to a lady about I could only get half tank she got rude we can't do that I said ok I guess she was having a bad day . Don't treat you're customers like that. If I could deal with people near me maybe it be all right never open . I had one nice and respectful guy that was the guy who hooked the tank to my house .
We’ve been dealing with Ferrell gas for 5/6 years now. For 3 years now we’ve been able to smell propane as far as 20 yards away from the tank. Everytime we’ve told the company they come out there and check it and say it’s fine, Well we are selling our house and had an inspection yesterday. During the inspection, it was found that the tank had 2 to 3 leaks in it. The company was notified, and told my wife to have someone at the house and a technician would come out.
