The general manager is a low class little creep who treats paying customers like children. His refusal to apologize for a mistake that was 100% the company’s fault, and left me without heat and hot water in the middle of winter has resulted in my leaving negative reviews on every available platform. I’ve also filed a complaints with corporate, BBB, and the consumer protection agency. Are you sorry yet Alfonso? Have you learned anything about customer service?
This is the second time Ferrellgas has left us with no propane despite being on autofill. After 20 years, we are switching companies. The first time they left us with no gas was in the middle of winter - it took two days to get a fill. I cannot believe this is happening again 5 months later - we are at absolute zero and they do not seem to care to do anything to keep out business.
