Didn’t perform a gas leak check. Called for a gas leak. Astronomical prices. Rude customer service. Rude techs. Use alternative companies or avoid propane.
I would often wait on hold for 45 minutes before getting anybody to come to the phone period on one particular occasion. I ordered additional propane and was quoted. A different rate than what actually occurred period the cost of propane which was $1.02 over competitor, they ignored me. Happened again when I paid balance over phone and was billed higher than it should have been, again ignored by requests to speak to supervisor. Bottom line. Rather than fight for the $350 owed to my 94yo mother, I changed to Kit Carson.
I had suspected for several months that my tank was leaking propane. I had two different drivers check it but neither could find a leak. When Earle delivered my order last month he found the leak right away and called for a repair. I am pleased to say the repair was done that day. Ferrellgas is always reliable.
