Closed, no answer of the phone.
The driver is always great and very pleasant, getting him there is another story. Deliveries can some times take up to 3 weeks, whoever answers the phone in the office is terribly rude, i guess customers are an inconvenience to her.. Lastly the most expensive propane in the whole county, it cost almost 900 to fill a 250 gallon tank. Nothing like poor service at a premium price.
Great service when they deliver propane to my mother's place.
Unreliable delivery for the last 6 months with our tank running dangerously low and requiring multiple calls to get filled. Explanation on each phone call is that they only have one driver and have been unable to recruit another. Would understand this argument for 1-2 months. At 6 months very concerning. If they can’t recruit it must be an awful place to work. Don’t support this company.
