Bought a house with a Ferrel gas owned tank. Costs 21% more than market price to fill it. I understand a markup, but that's over $350 a year more. That's predatory. Will be looking to replace.
Always professional. Always pleasant. Always take non invasive way to fill the tank. Have realized when the tank needed prop up work. Great delivery‼️
I bought a home that used Ferrellgas, so I stayed with them through the winter. That was a mistake. The regular deliveries were priced higher than market and the last delivery went up over 15% which was a nearly 200 hundred dollar increase. Learned my lesson. They are predatory imo, like too many companies today. Will be switching. Already called some places that will do a price lock for 12 months. Much better deals available.
The recent mixup on pricing for customers in the Galena Territory caused home owners to compare prices and benefits of other providers. I believe going back to a pre-pay option Would be helpful in customer confidence.
You are great on delivery and keeping full. But I hate your customer service by phone. It takes way to long to speak to anyone.
