I called Ferrellgas to have my propane tank filled. A delivery was scheduled, but before it was completed I discovered that my tank was too old. I called again and they were able to credit my account with the initial fill up cost and swap me over to a new tank delivery plus fill up. When the tank delivery date came Craig arrived and set up the new tank pretty quickly. He was professional and knowledgeable, answering many questions I had about the new tank. I was so happy that their technician Ishmael safely and professionally solved the immediate problem. A week later I wanted to ask that Ferrellgas tech a question.
