I have no complaints.I think there should be more companies as understanding as this one.Their drivers are very helpful when it comes to any questions you may have.
I called Ferrellgas to have my propane tank filled. A delivery was scheduled, but before it was completed I discovered that my tank was too old. I called again and they were able to credit my account with the initial fill up cost and swap me over to a new tank delivery plus fill up. When the tank delivery date came Craig arrived and set up the new tank pretty quickly. He was professional and knowledgeable, answering many questions I had about the new tank.
