Great customer service, order what I needed and had it the next day.
I'm glad so many had good luck with Ferrell's, because we sure didn't. The starter in our 1985 VW Camper, went kaput down between Hawthorn and Tonopah. Two tow trucks later (it was a really bad day), we arrived at Ferrells at 9:00pm after they had closed. We left a message to call us in the morning to discuss the problem (the starter). Morning came and no calls, so we called and called and called, left several messages, but no one ever called back to talk to us to find out what the problem with the starter was. Had a leaking valve cover gasket and called Ferrell's to find out when they could get the car in. After talking with Jennifer she asked me to bring the car in so they could order the correct parts and we could pick it up the next day. They were great and true to their word we received a call the next day to pick up our car. Very reasonable price, great service and even though they were busy got us in and back on the road without having to wait weeks to get it done!
