I am extremely disappointed with Ferreira’s Auto Body and Towing Services. My mother was involved in a car accident, and her vehicle was towed by this company. What followed was one of the most frustrating and unacceptable experiences I’ve ever dealt with. The car was not taken to the business’s listed address, but instead to what we later learned was a personal address of an employee. I am Currently fighting the RMV for something I did NOT do...Had My Car towed by FERREIRA'S Orders of Westport police officer Sauve ... requested if they could please tow to my HOME...at 1st Sauve said YES...I Could not HEAR what GIL and the officer Sauve talking, but then I was Informed that I live on a byway so that my Car had to be towed to FERREIRA....because it was a weekend..
