Riding dangerously close to cars in a giant truck, bully driver. If they're too impatient to wait at a stop light they're likely too impatient to get your job done correctly.
Not sure why they would dig up lead line replacements on the coldest day of the year leaving many without heat for extended period time frames. This is going on 2 hours now. This is totally unacceptable. Will be contacting the city who subcontracts these folks.
