They were prompt and had great communication around scheduling which we really appreciated as this also happened over the holiday season. They handled all the quoting and communication with ICBC and were helpful to explain the process to me. Linda was always quick to return messages, kind and helpful. The car came back looking amazing. I would absolutely recommend bringing your vehicles to Ferreira.
