Shout out to Zack at Ferreira Collision Centre! I recently brought my Audi Q3 to Ferreira Collision Centre because I was having a creaking sound coming from my liftgate. Upon arrival, Zack was super friendly and helped try to diagnose the problem right away (which even involved physically getting into the back trunk to hear the sound). Ferreira Collision fixed my car after it had been driven into. They were so prompt at looking at it and did such a fantastic job fixing it up. I was worried I would be waiting for weeks for my car to get fixed when I had to make my ICBC claim but they were so fast and lovely to deal with. Great people working there who care about good customer service and quality work.
Great experience at Ferreira! My first time here, they replaced a minor hit and run side mirror damage. This time, it was a collision that they fixed to both doors on the left side of my Subaru. They got it fixed in 2 weeks and supplied me with a rental car. Looks like nothing even happened. They cleaned the inside and outside of my car, as well. Great service with constant updates and a thank you gift at the end. Couldn’t recommend this ICBC accredited place enough!
