This was my second appointment being in this office and I must say I highly recommend them! Very professional and caring . There was a little mess up with my scheduled appointment and Pam still was able to see me, didn’t make me go home due to the mess up and actually listened to my concerns. Thank you all for what you do!
I recently made an appointment to see whom I thought would be Dr. Ferraro. I had seen him in the past for different issues and was generally satisfied. I was shocked to see Pam Darden walk into the room instead. I had unsatisfactory experiences with her when she worked for a local urgent care, and she was the last Person that I wanted to treat me that day. I left without being treated and will not return to Dr. Ferraro’s practice.
Efficient detail, orients office keeps things rolling on the schedule. The staff is very kind. The office is very cool and Dr. Ferreira has always been very nice easy soon understand and make decisions with instead of being told. He is an excellent ENT provider.
Myself, and my son both had second opinions with Dr. F and are now patients. We appreciate his professionalism and thoroughness during our visits. He’s very attentive and listens to us. We look forward to the visits, as his staff, are just as wonderful too!
Dr. Ferraro and his staff were great. I had surgery to correct a deviated septum and everything went so quick and easy.
